we had a great weekend full of football games & catching up with friends! not a lot of particularly eventful things this weekend, but restful & productive. here’s to another great week! how was your weekend?

{we walked to the store, but then had to come back with all of the groceries. I carried eloise in the ergo, & aaron carried two heavy bags, plus we traded off pushing the stroller full of bags. what an adventure.}

this weekend was pretty low-key with lots of time at home & football-watching. we FINALLY got our kitchen work finished – paint, paint, paint – & now the fun part begins. hopefully we will be out of boxes soon! how was your weekend?

we had a very social weekend catching up with close friends that we haven’t seen in ages – it was lovely! I am a bit bummed about the weather which has been cold & rainy, but I guess that is to be expected this time of year {boo winter in the PNW}. it was a great first weekend of 2015 & I am energized for a fantastic year! how was your weekend?

{a beautiful rainbow as we were crossing thru eastern washington. & yep, I was in the back seat between eloise & sadie. for all 500 miles {both ways!}.}

a weekend full of two long days in the car, but we finally made it home! we had an unfortunate hold-up just as we crossed into oregon {as seen above} which delayed us a few hours on saturday. we ended up hitting a snowstorm on saturday night as we drove into pendleton for the night. sunday was less exciting & we are so happy to be home {& out of the car}! how was your weekend?

we made it to boise for the holiday & have been enjoying our time so far catching up with lots of friends & family. how was your weekend?

we had a bit of a crazy weekend but enjoyed a reprieve from the rain & got some sunshine! the short story about this week is that we had a bit of a mishap in our kitchen mid-week & had to move out of the house for a few days while a cleaning crew comes in… such a disaster! oh well, feeling very thankful for lots of things lately, including my sweet & supportive husband & our perfect little girl. it was a quick weekend full of lots of errands & to-dos, but some quality time as our little family of four too. how was your weekend?

{our season tickets to the paramount theater started this weekend with how the grinch stole christmas. it means we got a date night without the babe – thanks ben & sarah for watching eloise!}

holy cow that was a quick weekend! there were so many things to do & get done {which is true of all weekends during the holiday season, right?} & i feel like i am still scrambling to get everything done… oh well. i was able to get most of the christmas decorations up which makes me happy! how was your weekend?

we had such a great long holiday weekend with my parents in town to help us celebrate thanksgiving. it was a nice, mellow week which was exactly what we needed. lots of to-dos got checked off of the list as well – thanks mom & dad for your help! & then we spent the remainder of the weekend hanging out as a family of four & keeping warm as the temperatures plummeted. we are very thankful this year for our radiant heat as it is so much warmer than our old heating system! it really feels like december & christmastime as there is snow on the ground & a tree in our living room. how was your weekend?

we had a fun weekend with lots of friends, including our first house guests & a friendsgiving celebration! it is hard to believe it is the end of november already, but the weather is definitely making it feel like fall. at least it didn’t rain the entire weekend. we are hosting my parents for thanksgiving this weekend & so looking forward to a full house for another few days! how was your weekend?
