Today Daphne started Pre-K and was back to her goofy self after pick-up (when these photos were taken) after a morning of uneasiness. Daphne has been missing Eloise while she’s been at school (and goes earlier in the morning and for longer) and is eager to drop Eloise off, but was pretty apprehensive about her first day this morning.
New school, new year, new teachers. I get it, kiddo. But she was so brave at drop-off when Aaron took her to her teacher and back to the playground to kick-off the school day. By the time I saw her this afternoon for pick-up, she told me she LOVED her new school!
This is the same Pre-K program that Eloise went to three years ago which is a little more formal and structured than our old preschool with music class and Spanish Fridays (where all classroom learning on Friday is Spanish).
