spring break {2019} + my weekend in pictures.

As some of you know from my Instagram Stories this week, we spent our Spring Break week out on the coast at Seabrook. We had the BEST time and even though it rained nearly every day, we can’t wait to go back! The town is tiny and super family friendly. Plus, we actually unplugged and felt like we got a little bit of vacation (as much as you can when you have your kiddos in tow). If you live in the Seattle area, Seabrook is such a fun get-away! (Also, if you already saw my Instagram recently, you can skip on thru to my weekend pics!)

{Eloise and Sasquatch. When we first came upon this statute, Eloise was like “What’s his name?” and Aaron and I both said “Sasquatch.” And she was SO confused how we both knew who he was. Ha!}

{Eloise and I headed to a school friend’s birthday party at Playdate Seattle on Saturday morning. This is an indoor playspace and it was perfect for the drizzly weather we had all day on Saturday. It is so crazy that her friends are turning FIVE!}

{We ran into the Easter Bunny while out running errands Friday morning. I was surprised the girls were so eager to get this close, given their track records with Santa. Ha!}

{We had a much-needed lazy Friday morning where Eloise and I hung out in our jammies mostly, but Daphne wanted to be just in her diaper. And rain boots.}

{I headed out to Whidbey Island on Friday afternoon for a mamas only weekend trip. The beach house that we stayed in had the most incredible views!}

{A sunny morning greeted us on Saturday, so Aaron headed out to the local garden store to get compost and soil conditioner. We all spent most of the morning outside enjoying the sun and digging in the dirt. Plus, all of my spring blooms are starting – the Daphne is flowering and the tulips are starting to sprout!}
