we celebrated our first year anniversary here at emerald city diaries on october 11.

i can’t believe it has been one year blogging – where does the time go? there have been lots of fun things happening in our lives this past year & it was so fun to be able to share those things thru the interwebs.

i just want to say thank you to everyone who reads, follows, comments, an encourages me as i continue with this blogging journey!

i have been a huge fan of other people’s blogs for years and have been thinking about starting my own for a while now, so carpe diem, today’s the day! i hope to blog about what is going on in my little part of the emerald city (that’s seattle for those who don’t know the reference), whether it be about fashion, family, diy projects, or just life.
