one of my favorite lipsticks {revlon lip butter in cotton candy} broke a few months ago & while i was able to get a new one, i was bummed that almost half a stick of lipstick would go to waste. but then i saw this easy tutorial to make your own lipgloss out of broken (or cheap) lipstick on ruelala & decided i could salvage some of my own broken lipstick.
supplies:
- lipstick – i used two since my container had two parts
- small container – i used a double-sided pill box i found at the drugstore
- aquaphor {or vaseline}
- toothpick(s)
- hair dryer
- knife
