Daphne was SO excited to go to school this morning! She couldn’t wait to get out the door and see her teachers and friends.
She seemed totally great when we got there and dropped off her things, and even sat on the potty! But then she sensed we (Eloise was with me) were leaving and immediately clung to my legs. I asked her to help me put on my shoes and open the door (which we started last year and seemed to help) but she cried and cried at the door. Thankfully another mama distracted her and gave her some comfort while Eloise and I left. I know she has had an awesome morning and we can’t wait to hear all about it!
And here’s Daphne’s first day of preschool last year!
